Deere Plow

Our driveway is a quarter mile long. Today was our first big snowfall of the year and while we could get out with our four-wheel drive vehicles, hubby wanted to plow some of the snow so that it wouldn’t start to melt and then freeze before tonight’s expected additional snowfall. So, exceptional mechanic that he is (no, really. He actually can fix anything), he fashioned a plow and hooked it to the front of our lawn mower. It was working really well, so he decided to plow a path to the end of the driveway. At the farthest possible place from the barn, a wheel fell off of the lawn mower rendering the vehicle and the plow useless. Now, we have a lovely lawn ornament at the end of the driveway. Right now, its covered in snow, but I can't wait to see the spring rust.
